Maybe Earik will have a better answer, but in the meantime you can use the retracement tool, set the required points (eg 1/3, 2/3) and draw trendlines (see picture below). Alternatively, you could use write some code using qscript to do the same thing.

Hi Dave,
Use the Gann fan for that. If you grab the fan with the pointing-finger cursor, you can dynamically set the slope of the 1x1. So just set that line equal to the swing itself, and all the other lines will fall into place appropriately to match.
