In the 1909 Ticker interview, W. D. Gann said: "Vibration is fundamental; nothing is exempt from this law; it is universal, therefore applicable to every class of phenomena on the globe."
Several months ago, in a book that was published in 1907, I found the following sentences: "Vibration is the primal law of nature, and is universal in its application. There is nothing exempt from this law."
Notice how strong the resemblances are in these two quotes:
"Vibration is fundamental" = "Vibration is the primal law of nature".
"Nothing is exempt from this law" = "There is nothing exempt from this law".
"It is universal, therefore applicable to every class of phenomena on the globe" = "[It] is universal in its application".
The book in which I found the statement quoted above is called Therapeutics of Vibration and was written by William Lawrence Woodruff, a homeopathic physician https://books.google.com/books?id=SBg4AAAAMAAJ&pg=PA7 (since this book may not be visible to users outside the United States, I have uploaded a copy to the Files section of the Gann Study Group https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/gan ... roup/files ). Furthermore, the statement itself is actually written in italics by the author himself.
Given the extraordinary similarity between the two quotes, it seems to me quite possible that this book was known to Mr. Gann.
