Hi All,
Turns out that phpbb has different language packs available. The default was "British English", and I just installed "American English". Anyone who registered before today is going to be on the British version. If you get annoyed at seeing color spelled "colour" (like I do! No offence to my UK friends..
), then you can switch by clicking your name in the upper right corner, going to User Control Panel, and then changing your language preference.

Thanks, Baha. I'm usually very conservative when it comes to upgrading things ("if it's not broke, don't fix it"), but in this particular case, I think we were probably a little overdue.
