Sending Private Messages

Hi Everyone,

One of the features of this board is that there are a TON of different permissions that can be set, for all sorts of different types of users. It looks like the default may have been a little too conservative though, because not everyone was able to send private messages. I *think* it's all fixed now, so if you had trouble messaging someone before, please try again now. If you still have issues with PMs, let me know (just post to this thread), and I'll look into it more.
