Connection between W59 to MT4

Is it possible to have a connection between Wave59 and MetaTrader4 ? Once a trade is placed in W59 it gets sync in MT4.
We don't have anything that does that. I seem to remember a utility like that floating around in the old days, but it was something privately written, and didn't come from us. The only broker W59 talks with at this point is IB.
