Hi David,
I don't know what the correct answer is BUT...list what you want to sell or trade and I'm sure we can get a ruling.
Best wishes,

OK. Selling stuff via the board, especially W59 stuff, is tacky and disrespectful.

Just sayin'

Usually staying on the sidelines however decided to make an exception (as this particular thread pushed all the right buttons heh) and say this:

David,

Appreciate the offer however I already own BB book. With that being said even if I was not the owner I'd purchase the book off w59 bookstore.

Regards.

*rant on*
(ok Alex breathe, again, again here you go heh, dang it cant believe I've just seen this on w59 forums of all places *shakes head in disbelief*)
*rant off*

Hi , in my opinion you cannot sell anything here .

I should keep my opinion to myself, but it seems much classier to ask about it at the source's site than to throw the books in a yard sale or ebay or burn them or whatever. In ways, this seems like a respectful approach. No motives. Just an honest desire to liquidate in the presence of the proprietor. This is an extreme example of an illiquid market! LOL However, there is also reasonable cause for that illiquidity.

I suppose Earik has the only opinion that counts. He's a big boy and has been around the block. He's also a nice and reasonable guy. I'm no lawyer... but I'm curious how the gavel falls.

All right. Thanks for the replies.. All are noted. I also would like to hear what Earik has to say about selling used Wave 59 material on this board... wherever that appropriate place might be. Truthfully I am quite surprised at the negativity about selling here. I just have mountains of educational trading material that I am willing to part ways with. I figured that we all have the same interest in the markets and it would be a fine place to sell to like minded people. In all honesty and fairness I am not at all concerned about the opinions of others about the ethics of this. I am interested to know what Earik thinks and will gladly adopt his rule on it.

Thanks
David
