I am having problems connecting to my liquidity provider.

Hello, have a nice day. Who among you is facing problems connecting to the liquidity provider on a free account? I was working on an Onda account and it stopped, and when I entered the data for another account, it did not work. What is the problem? The word “idle” appears at the bottom of the screen on the left side, and the word “ready” was supposed to appear. I want a solution to this problem please


I also want to know who are the liquidity providers for the gold and forex futures market and how can I contact them?
