Saving charts before reloading program

Does anyone know how to save charts to a different file so I can reload Wave59 as it seems to have jammed up and does not update tick data. IQFeed is connected and says Ready but no data flows into Wave59.

The keyboard shortcut to save is: ctrl-s
[Edit: There is no keyboard shortcut to "save as"]
But depending on how jammed up you are, you might just have to restart. I don't know if there is a temporary file or something that Wave59 creates that you can copy at the OS level.
Are you able to open any new charts from scratch? Or are you truly hosed?
