System Optimizer export wrong

Hi All,
Anyone else seeing the export from the system optimizer to be in an incorrect format? The columns vs. the rows seem to have switched. But not all the data is there. Like the line length is getting truncated or something.
Here is what I am seeing of a sample optimization run:
I am on version 2.44 of W59.
