Can not move Geometry

I'm a new trader and new to Wave59, about two months now.
I'm not able to resize or rotate geometry, square to find scaling on charts and Fib Vortex etc.
As soon as the geometry starts to move it locks up, like it snapped to feature and is locked their.
I got about 5 sec. If I spine to right it goes left.
I have two Window 10 computers, one out of the box laptop older and CAD/CAM custom made.
Both do the same thing.
I can spine a 100+meg file with 1,000 3d pc but can not spine a 2d Fib Vortex.
Any suggestions?
Video card Settings? Window 10?
I fell like I can not go onto the next task until this is solved.
