Xenithdatafeed

I am having problems with Wave59 sometimes falling asleep/running behind during the day resulting in delayed processing the real time quotes.
In the Xenith59 collector I can still see the correct real time quote but the transfer into Wave59 gets corrupted.
Did clean up in documents/data but with no result.
Also when saving a chart on monday to reopen it on friday the days in between are not shown, changing time frame etc. does not help. I have to delete the symbol in Xenith59collector make a new symbol and all days/history will show up fine.
Anybody else have the same issues? Anybody at all using this datafeed?
