OandaCollector fix

Hi Gang,
I received an email today about an error that the new OandaCollector utility was throwing upon startup (missing .bpl file). That has been fixed. If you want to mess around with that program, I've attached it to this post. Just download, unzip, then replace your old file with this new one. You'll find it in the program folder, which for most people will be in c:\program files (x86)\wave59 pro.
