I keep getting a message saying problems with sq root calculation

I don't have any such calculation in the script

It will not go away and I have to control alt delete to close down the program totally and then reboot

Any ideas how to source such an issue

It's happening in one of your scripts. Not necessarily the indicator, but probably some helper function. Open up multiple instances of W59, then spread your indicators across the instances. When one locks up, then you know which indicator it was, and can drill down further. The first part is determining exactly which script is causing the issue...
