Pixelated Platform Screen and Charts

Pixelated Platform Screen and Charts

I was wondering if there is a way to enhance the resolution of the platform. All the buttons look blurry/pixelated. The same thing when I open a chart. The bars and text seem look blurry and are hard to read. Trendlines are jagged.
Im using a Surface4 with a second monitor that is 1080HD and they both have the same look.
