No offense you guys, but this seems kind of burdensome.
I don't think W59 is big enough to start a small group of Qscript programmers where consumers pay $25 a month. I would just say pay as you go, talk to coders through PM and figure out a price to agree on. However, if you want an automated Fib. Votex that is a huge undertaking for a coder, and the customer might use it for a month and never again. So don't expect someone to do something like that, but there is a chance someone would be willing to do it anyway. For me, I might be willing to code some things for W59 users in a week as a side job .
My two cents. I know QScript, C#, C++, PHP, Java, ...
