For your consideration, the USM indicator by earik beann, wave59 adapted for high probability trade setups. The indicator plots two differing inputs and transposes the result in color bar format for visual ease.

I've set the default at 10/4 to 12/4 (standard USM). 5/4 and 8/4 to 12/4 showing good results in MTFs.
Please find USMx2xCB in the script library.

nice trade setup today.
morning market discounted the initial spike up and progressed into a slow grind down.
BBclassic (21avg ribbon) traps price underneath (oval) one last time as it accelerates downward (short fuchsia trendline). colorbars printing maroon.
USM2xxcb whatever it is called, signals weakness as it crosses over printing bright red bars.
looks like about 50es points available.

quick morning workup. premarket action looks to have formed a fractal of yesterday's descending triangle. imo, untradable due to the price action at the apex of the formation, at best being stopped out.

those with resolve would have had to take some heat for a few minutes before the trade working out. regardless, a nice picture of momentum framed within price structure.

i love talking to the wall, so here it is...the old three pinks to the stink setup from the price pressure template.
while the house traders were killing third martinis at the Grill on 21, the market floated up into a bear flag. of course little red riding hood gets trapped yet again under the big bad 21sma BBclassic (oval) wolf.

momentum accelerates to the downside. stinky stanky market tanky.

Thanks GFish for the indicator. I haven't had a chance to load it up yet, but I am thinking about playing with it on the RTY. :)

couple of nice trades today.
Trade1 needed two points (first and second boxes) to create a trendline. Third box, price at trendline, typical bounce from the impulse correction. BBC ribbon is suppporting here. mom crossover serves as confirmation and of course, diverganz.

Trade2 price breaks the trendline then checks back (fuchsia zig and the zag), the "kiss and the go" old school trade. waning momentum can no longer support price much like the aging first wife who has let herself go and eats boxes of cinnamon flavored pastries at night.

kinderspiel eh mr. sbank?

and one more thing...resistance becomes support. support becomes resistance.

the support/resistance line is the earth planetary flux line for today.
