Market Esoterica / Astronumerology / Bonds

Post by gismeu » Sat Nov 07, 2015 2:13 pm

Hi Everyone,

I recently moved from trading the RUT to trading bonds, using TLT as a proxy.
I am primarily an option premium seller, thus using TLT and not the bond futures.

I want to see if I can get better forecasting results, using the Astronumerology technique.

Since I only have the book, but no software, it is a bit tedious, but we shall see.
Also, I am still in the middle of renovating our previous house before putting it
on the market, i.e. there might be gaps in this thread, at least from my end,
until that project is fully finished.

So for now I simply assume, in order to get started, that the Low on 11/6 remains some kind of a low.
(Time is noon and location is New York)

On 11/6 we had (*=degree)

Mercury at 217*
Venus at 177*
Sun at 223*
Moon at 169*
Mars at 176*
Jupiter at 167*
Saturn at 244*
Uranus at 17*
Neptune at 337*
Pluto at 283*
North Node I believe is at 178*
South Node I do not know. I am using Astrolog and Starfisher. Maybe someone can help me out here and tell me how to get
data for the South Node on these programs?

Also, is it possible to retrieve or access all the great information from the previous wave59 community? It might have been called
Trader59, don't remember.

Anyway, any input is highly appreciated,

thanks, Richard

Hi Richard,

Astronumerology by hand, huh? :( You can automate a lot of that using Excel, and there was a guy who posted an extensive spreadsheet like that years ago. Eventually the Astronumerology module made it into W59, which solved a lot of the tedious part of doing this, although you can still technically do it by hand if you have to. I've backed up all that old stuff, but haven't figured out how to integrate it into this new board, which is why it doesn't show up anywhere yet.

To get the South Node, just add 180 degrees to the North Node.

Regards,

Earik

Thanks Earik,

re South Node, in Astronumerology the South Node has the number 2, whilst the NN has the number 7, that's why
I wasn't sure if it was as easy as adding 180 degrees.

Re bonds, we made a lower Low today (11/9), so I will wait til tomorrow to see if today was some
kind of significant low before I recalculate the planets.

If anybody reading here has that spreadsheet that Earik is talking about, I would very much
appreciate sharing it.

Best, Richard
P.S. On the other hand, I could take the High on 10/27 and start from there to try to find the bottom

Okay,

I realised if I take the current low of TLT as starting point I might have to wait quite a bit until I
get a CIT, so I will now use the High on 1/30/2015.
This gives me as well the opportunity to see how each of the planets did throughout the year.

So on 1/30/15 Mars was at 344 degree (14 Pisces) and using the 9 degree steps, I get
353 degrees on 2/11 - TLT kept its down trend
002 degrees on 2/22+23 - TLT put in a low and broke that low only on 3/5
011 degrees on 3/06 - TLT put in quite a low that held til 5/4
020 degrees on 3/18 - TLT had some kind of high and went sideways
029 degrees on 3/30 - TLT stayed in the sideways move
038 degrees on 4/11+12 - TLT still in the sideways movement
047 degrees on 4/24 - TLT no significance
056 degrees on 5/6+7 - TLT no significance
065 degrees on 5/19 - TLT put in a low and broke that low only on 6/3
074 degrees on 6/01 - TLT had a high one trading day earlier
083 degrees on 6/14 - TLT had a short term high
092 degrees on 6/27 - TLT put in a low that is still holding!!!
101 degrees on 7/11 - TLT put in a higher low that is also still holding
110 degrees on 7/24+25 - TLT no significance
119 degrees on 8/7 - TLT no significance
128 degrees on 8/21 - TLT made a long term high the day before!!!
137 degrees on 9/04 - TLT no significance
146 degrees on 9/18/19 - TLT had some kind of a low
153 degrees on 9/30 - TLT had some kind of a high and began a sideways move
162 degrees on 10/14 - TLT still going sideways
171 degrees on 10/29 - TLT started to break out to the downside from its sideways movement
180 degrees on 11/13 - currently it looks like TLT is trying to find a bottom.

We are as well at the 50% retrace right now (support) if you look at a weekly chart from August 2013

In my next post I will try to look if I can find another planet that is confirming the good CITs from Mars.

Hi Earik,

on page 187 of your book you write (Second sentence) What I've noticed is that the market has a trigger planet that is always present at the turns.

Do you have a trigger planet for Bonds?

Thanks, gis
P.S. Since bonds often trade inverse to the stock market and the trigger planet of the stock market is Mars, it might be the same for bonds???

Hi gis,

Sorry, I haven't looked at Bonds in over 10 years, so am not nearly as familiar with them. But yes, any market correlated to stocks (positively or negatively) is going to probably run on many of the same triggers. I'd start with Mars on that one.

Regards,

Earik
