I also used to do these calculations "by hand." :)

When my grandfather passed away, I was around ~10 y/o. I was able to get most of his Astrology books. It is interesting to see his marginalia in some of these books dated in the early 1900's.

Anywho, I tried to reproduce one of these ideas in Wave59 (This is around the 44 minute mark in the video). These are the steps I took:

a) Under Aspects -> Astro, I plotted Earth/Sun against the Ascendant using a 180 degree harmonic.
b) once that is plotted, I used Wave59's bar length calculator to measure this distance (551 bars).
c) once I knew this total length, I sub-divided it into fourths.
d) the first fourth aligned very perfectly to the /ES using 1-min bars.

As I write this, it will be interesting to see what happens at 2:18pm ET.

nice work up brother. Happy New Year.

of course earik, the w59 software and our community already had this worked out years ago. same principles, different applications.

the video really could be an primer for w59’s comprehensive astronumerological studies.

I recall having the “v8” handheld calculator, the Ti-59. Coincidentally and currently the 12 cylinder w59.

Great suggestion gfish. I'll check out the video to and see what it sharpens astronumerologically. And sbank, as usual, thanks for sharing!
