Action Zones

Hello Everybody,
Just thinking about something. When you plot the Action Zones on a chart, we have from up to down: purple, red, green, blue in this order. But some days the lines are inverted and we get red, purple, blue, green.
What is the signification of the colored lines in each case. Is it related to their calculation or something else.
