It's a separate system that is managed by a different server, so your W59 login won't work. You actually don't need to log in at all, just go open a ticket and it will get you going. Everything is actually done by email, so you don't have to log in there at all. It's just a way to get started opening one. You can do the same thing by sending an email to our support@ box.
