Re: GOLD
Hi Baha,
I think Larry Williams has some of the best stuff on position sizing. You are right, position sizing is a lot more important than win/loss ratio and most other metrics. If you just search under his name - will find his stuff on money management.
Best,
Simon

Re: Time and Price
Hi Dave, Baha. Well said Baha as usual. I can understand what makes so many folks try to sell whatever they can - the market is just so big, too hungry and desperate. With that said, there is some material that is okay out there, and here. While no one will sell you something great, some material is...

Re: new Dr. Al chart
I agree Baha, especially about the fact that they do not provide any added liquidity at all. If anything goes haywire in the Market HFT's are first to pull all bids and offers. Also, they mostly concentrate on about 125 most liquid stocks, for obvious reasons, which already have plenty of liquidity....
Re: ES emini
Hi Everyone, ES is progressing pretty much as expected, but I wanted to show Nasdaq-100 cash chart here. It's easy to see how well important Fib levels were respected on the way down, first 78.6% retracement created a nice bounce, and then 88.6% one finally stopped decline for good it seems. But now...

Thanks Joe, I saw what looked like transiting labels, but wasn't sure. Also figured that there was more to it.

Hi all, Just to update Market's progress - below is a weekly chart of ES continuous contract. We can see how Market went through two nearly identical declines in time and price. These are usually corrective patterns which resolve in Market continuing in direction it was moving before it entered corr...

Re: GEMGP
Hi Joe,
Thanks for the charts. Wanted to ask you how do you determine points above price data from which angles run down ?
Sorry in advance if you explained it before and I just missed it.

Hi Ken,
Good to hear from you, I am glad you are enjoying your retirement. Once when I complained to my doctor that I am getting old,
he said "consider the alternative"
Best,
Simon

Hi Baha,
Todd is absolutely correct...I do keep an eye on 141.4 level. Have to give these levels a bit of slack, sometimes they hit exactly to the tick, and other times they come in a bit short or long which is totally normal, it is what Gann called "lost motion".
Good trading,
Simon
