Thanks, ND. No worries.

Re: Correct for ether when computing planets
Hi Todd, "As far as "junk" science goes, keep in mind that includes ... the entire realm of technical analysis, and daytrading in general. I literally just finished reading an article making fun of technical traders as a group. All of this is on the fringe..." Does this mean you feel these areas are...

Re: Correct for ether when computing planets
Hi ND, If you consider an ambulance flying down the road towards you with sirens blaring, there are a number of ways to measure your interaction with that ambulance. You see it coming, which is based off of light waves, you hear it coming, which is based on sound waves, you can feel it as it passes ...

Re: Market Esoterica / Astronumerology / Bonds
Hi gis,
Sorry, I haven't looked at Bonds in over 10 years, so am not nearly as familiar with them. But yes, any market correlated to stocks (positively or negatively) is going to probably run on many of the same triggers. I'd start with Mars on that one.
Regards,
Earik

Re: Systems Workshop: "Buttonwood" E-mini daytrading system
Hi Orion, Thanks for posting these results. Sorry for the delay in responding... First of all, good job on getting the average trade values up so high. Your worst ones in the optimization run are better than the best of the v5 system, so there's definitely some promise in the trigger that you're loo...

Re: Correct for ether when computing planets
Hi Guys, Ok, ND has had me thinking about this delay issue all evening, and I realized something interesting about it all, which I'll post here (since otherwise I'll just have to spend more time ruminating it all over)... What we're talking about is the influence of the planetary system over markets...

Re: Correct for ether when computing planets
1. In the history of the world you are the only person that has come up energy moving through the aether that lags. Again you can't point to one research paper, one scientist, one experiment or anything to back up what you say. So Tesla, Einstein and Hawking all missed this phenomenon but you Earik...

Don't worry, I'm not going to kick anyone off the board because they disagree with me. Just don't post spam and you're golden... :) As far as "junk" science goes, keep in mind that includes every YouTube video you've probably seen, the entire realm of technical analysis, and daytrading in general. I...

Re: Correct for ether when computing planets
Hi Gary, You won't find any of that on the internet. It's from a talk I gave at the 2009 PUC. Basically, if you're an astrotrader, you tend to have the underlying assumption that there's no delay between when something happens in the sky and when the effects of that event are seen in markets. But th...

Re: sq of 9 question
You've got to spin your SQ9 the same direction you spin your ephemeris in order to avoid ending up with a left-shoe-on-a-right-foot sort of situation.
