Re: Trading days or calendar days in Wave 59?
"No spaces are skipped on the daily chart for holidays or Sundays, therefore the time period is for actual market days and not calendar days. However, you should carry the calendar days along at least every two weeks, as later, under rules for Time Periods for change in trend, you will find that it i...

Re: "Big Bertha"/ MTOPS?
OK. Just to satisfy curiosity but not knowing or needing to know anything of Big Bertha, I wasted about 5 minutes looking at those vids. Wave 59 can do all this stuff and most importantly, a whole lot more. I've been with the platform for almost 20 years now and am still struck almost daily by the d...

Trading Off Charts feature inoperable
All, The Trading Off Charts feature in Wave 59 has stopped working for me on all charts and single/multiple accounts. I have sent Earik a msg but wanted to cover my bases by posting here as well. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have this feature up and working? No new inputs on my end, the too...

Re: Squaring a Chart
Mark, Starting with unity, 1 point * 1 bar, subject each term on both sides of that statement to iterative multiplication by the ratio 1/2 and its reciprocal, 2/1. This will generate an ordered series on each side of the operator such as (1, .5, .25 ...) * (1, 2, 4 ...) Note that this is a commutati...

Re: Qscript Vertical trendlines
This does what you want. You can add extra subdivisions, etc. as variables. Todd input: ratio1(0.5); #get bar values and time difference if (barnum==barsback) { bar1=hotspot_to_bar(1); price1=hotspot_to_price(1); bar2=hotspot_to_bar(2); price2=hotspot_to_price(2); #make sure bar1 happens before bar2...

Trading Off Charts update
Hi all, Over the last few years I've posted and conversed with Earik about my inability to use the W59 trading off charts feature with the IB TWS Advisor multi-account platform. Last week I got it working. I have attached a screenshot of the settings. I'm pretty sure that earlier I had included the ...

Re: Gann box
Chris, You can build that pattern using the W59 pattern builder. That's how I did it. For instruction on how to use the pattern builder, go to Help>Wave59 Help>Pattern Builder. What is known as the "Gann Square" is the pattern obtained from the construction lines for what mathematician Jay Kappraff ...

Re: Is there a Dark Theme in w59's future?
Earik, A new Wave version release is always a happy day! I am constantly struck by how well _thought out_ everything is on the platform, you know, if only I had this , oh there it is right there, stuff like that. So much so that I feel a tinge of guilt about bringing up the coming IB fix. But, I'm g...

Re: The Handbook of Market Esoterica
I've had the book since it first came out. There are a few scripts at the end, but nothing mentioned about further tools being provided for auto signal generation.
