Re: Windows 10

Ten years ... I think you got your monies worth out of that machine. As for Wave and W10 I can tell you I personally have never had any issues ... runs like a charm.

Re: FOREX FORECAST

Hi Dirk,

A very interesting concept. Out of the office today so only had time to look at the CL contract and 39.18 seems to be acting like a magnet drawing in price. Best of luck with the test.

Re: Prime Spirals

Hi Ron, Thanks, the project is however in it’s early infancy. I don’t usually post anything at this stage but always trying to shake things up on the board and thought I’d give this a try. I was actually really groping with that first chart (the update is below) trying to figure out a) is this worth...

My Own Work

These are 3 charts that are taken from my own work this morning. Depending on time and interest I'll explain the the thought process behind them and add others.

Prime Spirals

Hi Guys, I just wanted to take a minute to show you a new project I’m working on. The chart below is nothing but a prime spiral overlaying a chart that has been properly scaled and placed on a EIP. It is something I have been thinking about doing for some time and finally getting around to. The basi...

Re: it ain't over 'til the market sings...

Hi Todd, Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll shelve the Tymoczko book for now (should get it today) and go with the others you recommended as a primer. Right now I’m up to my eyes re-building corrupt files in another program but when I get some time I’ll try and do a post on a modulation technique I de...

Re: it ain't over 'til the market sings...

Hi Todd, I started working on some of the things you mentioned in your post the other day and couldn't help but think that I should do this thing the right way and get a stronger foundation of what I am doing for better understanding. Therefore I ended up ordering “A Geometry of Music: Harmony and C...

Re: it ain't over 'til the market sings...

Hi Todd, Thanks for the explanation. For the record I know a bit about music but by no means an expert. My Farther was a singer who toured with many of the big bands of the 40’s, Lawrence Welk being one of them, knew Sinatra, among others and taught me a few things about music many years ago. Conseq...

Re: it ain't over 'til the market sings...

Hi Todd, Puzzles can be cool ... sometimes. :-) Okay, vector slope ... based on the Feb high March low. Quanta ... energy levels of the lines. Major 13 (where is Joe F. when you need him) ... a compound 6th ... octave plus a 6th? ... a major thirteenth?. Conclusion ... market will continue to move f...

Re: Natal Forecast Using EMGP

As I said this morning, this one does have a habit of fading late though did hold some benefit to it. Personally I didn't pay much attention to it after @1100. It performed much better yesterday but decided to go with a different model at the time. So obviously it is not only difficult building thes...
