Re: Dedicated Qscript programmer
No offense you guys, but this seems kind of burdensome. I don't think W59 is big enough to start a small group of Qscript programmers where consumers pay $25 a month. I would just say pay as you go, talk to coders through PM and figure out a price to agree on. However, if you want an automated Fib. ...

Re: Genetic algorithm for intraday trading
Hi All, From sure cost, talking to Earik, and the fact that it is not needed, I decided to steer away from HPC (High Performance Computing). A normal computer nowadays can process a ton of data, so with A.I. I think a person would want a smarter algorithm, rather than an algorithm that has to be run...

I Agree with Feinberg.
CONGRATULATIONS EARIK!
That is quite an awesome feat to predict a market turn down 4 months in Advance. You could have saved thousands of peoples accounts already, and accordingly if the market really turned down from sure panic.

Hey Earik,
Could we get an update to your forecast and UTM forecast for the Dow? It would be interesting to see what it looks like now.

Re: I apologize to Earik
NDScropini, It is a good thing to have the capacity to apologize. It is amazing how some people in the upper government office can't say "Sorry" when they have done something wrong. Additionally, I see some of them dig a bigger hole instead. - Andrew P.S. Sorry to chime in, I don't know the situatio...

Re: Genetic algorithm for intraday trading
Hey Kurt, I am also developing my own separate AI program written in C# :) ! I wanted something more customize-able, and also something that one wouldn't have to pay an "arm and a leg" for. I have a working Genetic algorithm and Neural Net, and putting the two together, an Evolved Neural Net. Additi...

Re: Y-axis and X-axis No Z-axis.
I thought about it this way, if a pebble is shot out of a cannon, and a bolder was shot out of a cannon, and then they both reached the same velocity (i.e. different initial force applied). The bolder would have much more momentum then the pebble. Moreover, how much effort would it take to stop that...

Re: Carnage From WallStreet Giants
Thank you for your posts guys. I guess part of what I was trying to say is there has to be a better way to do things, I just see so much energy lost with all of the carnage, deceit and so on that I mentioned above. What if 30% of traders could be profitable, and not the 2% now a days. When I watch p...

Carnage From WallStreet Giants
Carnage From WallStreet Giants In the past people could just quit their job and switch to trading and make a decent income with knowing very little about trading. Why is it so hard now? Is it the big institutional algorithms, trading a thousand times a second, or the fact that they sometimes strate...
