H59 DATA FROM I B YET IB'S TWS CHARTS LOOKS FINE.
I CAN'T GET SPREADIB DATA DOWNLOADER TO TAKE SPY_STK_SMART_USD.
THE DOWNLOADER DEFAULT SYMBOLS THAT ARE ALREADY LOADED STREAM DATA.

attached is my latest error when trying to run SPY_STK_SMART_USD on SpreadIB (i have a funded IB acct.)
note the default symbols running in SpreadIB are streaming data just fine.

Here is the error msg attachment that appears after adding SPY_STK_SMART_USD into SpreadIB.

Note: I see in the left hand side under heading "market and historical data" contract price data streaming into SpreadIB from TWS

the bad spikes are during the day when i am day trading. jeff

Hi, I was able to make it (SpreadIB) work once out of 5 times opening and setting symbol spy
BUT it kept locking up on me.
It is located in the C:program file.
I wonder if it should really be located in C:program (86)
